Examination System

JAMIA conducts examinations for various subjects and categories every March and September. Special examinations may also be arranged for NRI students who can visit India outside the regular examination schedule. Their results, mark sheets, and certificates will be issued through the subsequent convocation.

This facility is intended for students working abroad who are unable to attend the regular March or September examinations. Examinations will be conducted at selected locations based on student demand.

Candidates opting for the On-Demand Examination may complete the entire course in a single continuous examination schedule.

JAMIA conducts its Convocation in Hyderabad. Students who are unable to attend the ceremony will receive their certificates by registered post.

For candidates appearing through the On-Demand Examination, certificates will be signed and issued during the subsequent Convocation and dispatched directly to their registered postal address.
